The Q-14 Residences

Q14 is a luxury new condominium building currently under construction, with 30 units starting from  $393,410.  This building has two levels of parking below with 37 spaces. The exterior of the building is brick and glass.  The ceiling heights range from 9 feet on the flats and 19 feet for the penthouse units.  IT is a modern building which is compatible with the historic character of the neighborhood.  This interior features wood floors and granite counter tops.  The appliances are state of the art stainless units such as Subzero and Bosch.  The kitchen has wood cabinets from Pocelanosa Spain (link to Porcelanosa).  The building has two elevators which go from the parking to the sixth floor.

1213 N St. NW was completed in July of 2004 and all sold out. This project was a historic renovation which brought the essence of the Victorian turn of the century architecture back to life. The interior of this building is completely modern with bright airy space. Tall ceilings is a part of all of Fred's projects.
